Builder

A Builder is often what the general contractor (GC) is referred to and is a person or company capable and responsible for the day-to-day oversight and prosecution of a construction project including management and coordination of subcontractor trades and vendors. The builder or GC is the communication hub of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project.
